Proceedings continue against Hillsborough day nursery for child exploitation, including for fraud and murder.

Samantha Lowry, a woman of disgrace and a thief.
A woman who neglected her own son since birth and did not want her last name on the child, Samantha Lowry a woman who without been married, used her own son to steal from “a man” and even the “grandparents” when the child was not even his and did so in the most perverse way.

Short story: the Samantha Lowry travels to Texas on September 2006 claiming the father is Daniel , a famous artist.
The child is born on March 29, 2007 and suddenly the Samantha Lowry changes and claims she does not want her last name on the child, nevertheless, paternity to be established by DNA only.
Samantha Lowry not even living with Daniel Pavon Cuellar and not even married.
Then, the Samantha Lowry turns hateful against the child and against Daniel, but she conceals this record on the photo.

On Labor day weekend, 2 months old the child, the Samantha Lowry by fraud and deception planned a trip with Daniel to Mexico, in the return she would be legal in Texas since her TOURIST visa had expired. But the Samantha Lowry does not arrive to Mexico City and makes impossible the return of Daniel and the child to their country of USA , including theft of their travel documents and trespassing to Daniel Homestead to steal all from Daniel and even his parents and with extreme violence. Her whole family participated in the scam, mainly Susan Lowry (Susan Gail Lowry) Joseph Lowry and John Lowry, but also Jem Bailey, Scarlett Lowry and Jorgina Lowry.


A highly planned fraud.

The Lowry Family apparently had done the same in Tarragon Spain in the past and they have high contacts internationally in exploitation of children and trafficking.

Within 16 weeks after and in secret proceedings full of perjuries and fraud, out of jurisdiction and preventing due process had stolen all from the Pavon Cuellar family while the Samantha Lowry Boyfriend Tristan Nind, Joseph Lowry and Scarlett Lowry using deadly violence against he parents of Daniel (Above 65).
Then, Samantha Lowry kidnap the child with Tristan Nind before the DNA takes place and by forgery of several records.

Regardless of the harm to the baby, Samantha Lowry kidnaps the child before the DNA takes place, but today found, such child was not a child of Daniel , but a child used for exploitation and theft by this Lowry family who owns Hillsborough Day Nursery in Bishopstone and with previous accusations of (Extreme) child abuse and molestation.

This case involves fraud, deadly assaults and murder, as well as a huge theft of Art and Real Estate by the Lowry Family (Hillsborough Day Nursery)

Now passing as Wantage Tutors and continue on the run. Extradition orders are expected to be obtained soon and these criminals be brought to Justice.
