Part Two; Mafias in Travis County Court, Notice to State Bar of Texas
by: Plaintiffs.Tv

Part Two; Mafias in Travis County Court, Notice to State Bar of Texas

If the State Bar of Texas is concern with what they claim to do, If the State Bar of Texas is concern on Ethics, Code of conduct, Constitutions, Rules of procedure, Laws, Process, Honesty or simply Justice. The crimes would not be made so open as to proven their fraud of this criminal organizations (Attorneys firms) with their own evidence filed EXPARTE.

By their own personal choice will investigate fully this case.

One case like this, of fraud with Judges, Process servers, over 5 firms, over 10 attorneys and yet a simple case, very simple case, with JUSTICE DENIED AND IGNORED, but if Justice will be served, could improve Justice everywhere.

EMPHASIS ADDED: EVIDENCE FILED IN COURT AVAILABLE ON LINE HTTP://PLAINTIFFS.TV and more evidence added in several sites.

BEST REGARDS
Daniel Pavon Cuellar.

Part One; Mafias In Travis County Court, State Bar of Texas Response

Subject: HONORABLE ROBERT BLACK, STATE OF TEXAS BAR

Date: Wed, 3 Aug 2011 11:37:59 -0500

THE FOLLOWING NOTICE IS PUBLIC:
Dear Maureen Ray:
Honorable State Bar of Texas President Bob Black.
Honorable John Sirman
Honorable Kim Davey
I appreciate your response. Hereby attached bellow;

I have already gone through the process the State Bar of Texas has, forms limited to one attorney/firm, no forms for conspiracy and when several attorneys firms, process servers and Judges acts together.

When I can demonstrate a civil and criminal conspiracy that involves attorneys, process servers, court reporters, Judges, several attorneys firms, barratry, fraud, violence ending in homicide, kidnapping and millions in gains for this “Mafia” etc... The State Bar of Texas does not even have forms for such.

The State Bar of Texas has access to my complaints permanently online, and I will continue to publish Public Notices and prove to the public, to all citizens, to the State Bar of Texas the amount of corruption that exist in our Courts. I can do so simply after four years of fight for Justice and dedication on daily basis.

If the State Bar of Texas would be concern in regards to Justice, Ethics, Morals, Laws, Constitutions, and Rights, I would have never had this problem in the first place.

If the State Bar of Texas would be concern on their reason of their existence and scope of employment, these crimes would not exist.
If the State Bar of Texas would take Due Diligence in the prosecution of fraud and crimes committed by “Officers of the Court” corrupt Judges and a whole network of criminals; Justice will prevail.

If the State Bar of Texas makes every citizen follow their process, which is long and non responsive to the findings, yet the Court Officers and Judges act outside their scope of employment, violating process to deprive of all, citizens, the elderly, children, corporations, insurance companies and even getting paid by the public; such limitations such violations makes every citizen a victim of a system whom was suppose to protect them, and the system is now been used by criminal organizations called attorneys, officers of the court whom give extensive political donations.
Interesting enough, some of them founders of the State Bar of Texas. (Continued on part two)

State Bar of Texas, Travis County Court Mafias
by: Anonymous

Crime would not exist in an honest Justice system. With the evidence on line, The State Bar of Texas has enough to for the disbarment of Joe D Milner, Jami Milner Turner, John Foster from Minton Burton Foster and Collins and Mack Ray Hernandez.

Now, what would the State Bar of Texas do?
