I am looking to join an organization that will allow me to exercise my creativity as well as lead a team in the "with" mentality as opposed to the "for". A demonstrative management style is not in my portfolio. I want to continue this non-agenda driven style, regardless of internal politics that might try to dissuade me from that path.

I want to be part of a "community", where it is a pleasure to go to work everyday. The people are more than co-workers; they are more like a family who all have the same goal of excellence.
